Background
Editor Hope Steele has more than 20 years of experience in working for multiauthor projects with tight deadlines. Many of her projects have been for large international concerns, where she has consistently met deadlines and exceeded the expectations of her clients, frequently working with authors who are non-native English speakers.

Many of her recent projects have been for the World Economic Forum, where she has edited the annual Global Competitiveness Report since its inception in 2000 as well as many of the topical and regional competitiveness reports for the organization's Centre for Global Competitiveness and Performance. She also edited the World Health Organization's Macroeconomics and Health: Investing in Health for Economic Development, the Report of the Commission on Macroeconomics and Health.
